Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and reasonably priced. Rooms were basic but clean.
Taxis had difficulty locating the hotel. Sofa and roll out beds made the room cramped.

Ideal Spot for a Parisian Getaway
The staff were friendly, although breakfast could be better organized. The location is unbeatable for exploring Paris, with plenty of shops and lively streets nearby.

Staff "very " helpful on arrival and at all contacts especially as we did not converse in French. (Paris in general not so good to deal with on that basis !) Very convenient to all locations for tourists (Louvre / Notre Dam / Tour bus stops / Metro routes right outside hotel door. Hotel in process of upgrade - our room had already been done - so spotless condition.

Appartment with everything you need for a 4-day stay. The location can hardly be better.
We did not expect that appartment in a hotel means there is no daily cleaning.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Central location but not that good "metro/underground" connections.
It was impossible to get WiFi with my Iphone and the only computer they had was occupied by other customers most of the time. The rooms were extremely small for families and I am looking forward to the renovation the hotel announced.

Friendly reception staff; laundramat; dishwasher in the little kitchenette. Free internet and very reasonable breakfast.
no english entertainment channels - only english business channels; toilet became blocked on second day, but we were offered another room. Bed and upholstery is looking very tatty.
